The Loop
Nestled in prototypical suburbia, yet surrounded by beloved nature trails and bodies of water, an expansive 1980s suburban mall is undergoing a massive redevelopment and repositioning. The site will be transformed from an inward-facing shopping center to a 21st century mixed-use, outdoor development.
Our proposed repositioning aims to take this revamp a step further, from simply a development to becoming a new district and town center. The Loop—both a name and proposed trail that would encircle the district—will come to represent the connection to surrounding nature and the healthy lifestyle present.
