Let's talk about the future of real estate.
The more conversations I have with design, tech, and construction professionals, the more earnest interest I see in development, ownership, and control. Those with the capability of pushing real estate into the future (through design, ideas, and innovation) want to be in the driver's seat as opposed to obliging the will of their clients.
It seems to me that we're nearing a turning point in the built environment where skills, verticals, and professionals are no longer siloed between owner, consultant, and builder -- but will rapidly meld into one. This interdisciplinary approach could (and already has) lead to more empathetic, creative, and impactful projects.

The mission is so large in fact, that the company has raised $55M pre-revenue from the likes of Bill Gates and Fifth Wall.
